Pay it forward

Please pay it forward for anything “for the region” or “for the next person to stay” on the wishlist.

Check-in

• Please check in between 12:00 and 22:00.
  • If you deviate from this time, please consult in advance.
  • If it is too late, you may not be able to stay.

Check-out

• Please check out by 10:00.
  • If you deviate from this time, please consult in advance.

Delivery and handling of keys

• The key will be delivered at check-in.
• We will give you one for the group, so please do not lose it.
• If you lose it, you may be charged a replacement key.

Electricity

• When going out or checking out, be sure to turn off the air conditioner and the room.
• Be careful not to use too much electricity.

Home appliance

• Handle with care so as not to damage the home appliances in the room.
• Please do not use appliances incorrectly.

Internet

• Since there is WiFi in the room, you can use it.
• SSID and password will be notified separately.

Kitchen

• You can cook in the kitchen. Cookware can be used.
• You can use the tableware.
• Please wash your used dishes and utensils.
• toilet Please use the toilet cleanly.
• Be sure to turn off the light after use.
• Do not flush tobacco or gum into the toilet

Bedding

Be careful not to soil the sheets or mattress.

Smoking

• Please smoke in the smoking area in the backyard.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the building or the eaves.

Manners

• Please take your shoes off Return the slippers for going out temporarily to the designated place.
• Please do not disturb the neighborhood.
• Please do not make loud noises after 22:00.
• Please do not burn incense in the room and do not burn strong smells.
• There is a possibility that you will be reimbursed if the items in the room are damaged or excessively soiled.

How to use the room

The bedroom

• Please refrain from eating and drinking in the bedroom.
• Turn off the lights by 24:00.

Living (Japanese-style room)

• It goes off at 23:00. Please eat and drink here. 

Corridor

• It goes off at 23:00.
• When using in the toilet at night, turn on the electricity as necessary. However, please turn it off after using.

Wood deck

• If you pay attention to the sound, you can go to the wood deck for 24 hours.
• When using at a party or barbecue, it ends at 22:00 and turns off.
• Please smoke in the smoking area in the backyard.
